Create a fresh admission account by entering your Full Name (matching your HSLC Certificate/Aadhaar), Mobile Number, and Email Address. Enter a password of your choice (6-20 characters).
• An OTP verification code will be sent immediately to both your mobile number and email.
• Enter the OTP codes to verify and activate your account.
• Your 10-digit mobile number will become your permanent Log-In ID.

As per UGC regulations, you must verify both your ABC ID and UGC DEB ID on the first page of the application:
• ABC ID: You can enter your 12-digit ABC ID manually. If you don't have one, click the link on the form to fetch/create it automatically via Aadhaar, or visit the official DigiLocker ABC portal to generate one.
• UGC DEB ID: First, visit the official UGC DEB Student Portal to generate your unique 12-digit DEB ID. Then, enter it on our portal and click Verify to fetch and lock your details.

Log in using your mobile number and password. Click "Apply Now" to start the Step 1 Application Form and fill:
• Personal Details: Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, Category (SC/ST/OBC/General), and PWD status (if applicable).
• Guardians' Information: Father's Name, Mother's Name, and contact details.
• Contact Info: Permanent Address and Correspondence Address.
• Academic Details: Scored grades of your 10th (HSLC), 12th (HS), and Graduation/other qualifying examinations (Year of Passing, Board/University, and Percentage).

Choose your academic parameters carefully:
• Programme Level: Select undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), diploma, or certificate.
• Programme Name: Select the name of the programme you want to apply for.
• Select Study Centre: Choose Study Centre from the list. This centre will manage your counseling, examinations, and physical study materials (SLMs).
• Select Papers:If applicable, Choose elective papers, and skill enhancement courses.
• Medium: Select your preferred medium of instruction (Assamese or English).

Upload clear scanned copies of the required documents. Ensure files are legible and match the size/format restrictions:
• Passport Photo: JPG/PNG format (30KB – 1MB).
• Signature: JPG/PNG format (15KB – 1MB).
• Certificate & Marksheets: PDF/JPG format (50KB – 2MB).
• Caste/Category/PWD Certificate (if applicable): PDF/JPG format (50KB – 1.5MB).

Preview your completed application to verify for spelling or grade errors.
• Proceed to the secure CCAvenue Payment Gateway.
• Pay the admission fees online using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
• Do not refresh the page, close the browser, or click the "Back" button while the payment is processing.
• Once redirected back to the dashboard, download and print your Acknowledgement Receipt.
